Student Recruitment Operations Team
Our team delivers student recruitment activity for the university across all cohorts, markets and programmes of study to support the university’s recruitment strategy and aims. Working across all our campuses, the team is responsible for supporting the student experience at key touchpoints in their recruitment journey, whether that is through creation and delivery of over 200 in-person and virtual events or managing thousands of individual enquiries and requests for information and advice. The team works in a matrix approach, with thematic groups focusing on specific areas of recruitment, ranging from digital activity, to events and to enquiries.
We have staff situated across our three campuses in Devon and Cornwall and work collaboratively across the university to provide prospective students with the advice, guidance and support they need when choosing a university.
