The School of Education is ambitious and forward thinking, with plans to further develop its research capacity. Student numbers for our highly successful MA Education programme continue to grow and we are looking to recruit a senior lecturer on a T&R profile to support this growth. We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our established team of academics to teach across our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Previous experience of teaching and working with a diverse range of international students would be useful. We are flexible in terms of the areas of expertise we are looking for but would particularly welcome applicants with experience in any of the following: SEND, educational policy (including global policy), international education and systems, or rural and coastal issues. Equally, we would welcome applications from candidates with methodological expertise in ethnography; quantitative methods or computational methods of analysis (‘big data’ for e.g.).

The successful candidates will join a highly motivated and growing team who strongly support the university’s civic mission and ensure that the School’s work contributes to the enhancement of education provision across Lincolnshire and further afield.
