Reporting to the Evening Customer Services Manager, you will work as part of a team to provide high quality, customer focused services to library users at Help Desks, Reception and online. You should have 3 GCSES at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language. This is a key role within a busy team providing first point of contact and support to users. You will primarily be based in the Sydney Jones Library initially, but will work across multiple University sites as required. This post is fixed term until June 2023. Working 10 hours per week on average. Working, 2/3/4 hour shifts on alternative weeks 5.30pm ¿ 9.30pm.
