We are seeking an exceptional individual for the role of Student Experience Co-ordinator. You will provide line management and leadership for members of a section of the team to provide a broad range of exceptional service and support to students and staff and other internal/external stakeholders. You will quickly establish yourself as a main point of contact for complex queries and be required to interpret and explain complex University policies, procedures, data and reports, with clarify and understanding.
You will organise and oversee all aspects of the work of your team ensuring they complete tasks accurately and on time. You will provide professional secretariat support to formal Boards and Committees, providing relevant advice and guidance and ensuring the meeting conducts business in compliance with internal/external regulations. You will be responsibility for the development of your team through monthly 1:1 meetings, and annual Professional Development Reviews (PDRs). On occasion, you will deputise for the Team Leader, chair team meetings, and lead presentations.
You will have a degree (or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience) and be able to provide evidence of sustained commitment to continuous professional development.
You will be required to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key colleagues across the Faculty-University and on occasions, represent the School within this wider context.
