The Blavatnik School of Government is seeking a talented and committed Admissions Officer to deliver and further develop all aspects of the School’s annual admissions cycle.

The Admissions Officer will support the School’s Director of Admissions and lead on the administrative planning and delivery of all aspects of our annual admissions – involving three specific phases: recruitment, assessment and selection, and conversion of the very best candidates. The postholder will also line manage the Admissions Assistant and any other administrative staff working within the team.
This position is varied and rewarding, and requires much initiative and independent work. The successful candidate will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills combined with high level skills in data management and analysis. Experience working within a customer-focused environment, excellent planning and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and a first degree (or equivalent) are also essential.
This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis but we will also consider part-time hours (minimum 0.75 FTE) or flexible working arrangements. The postholder would need to be available to work full-time hours from January to April.
