The University of Oxford Alumni Office seeks a new Alumni Events Manager to join our team of 15 professionals who work collaboratively to ensure that Oxford’s global community of alumni feel informed, engaged and empowered to make a difference.
Reporting to the Deputy Director, this role contributes to the strategic engagement of the Oxford alumni community. Specifically, this post oversees an annual calendar of highly engaging events, both digital and in-person, local and international. In addition, they oversee the running of an on-line Book Club and think creatively about other ways in which to further alumni engagement. This role will have budget oversight for these activities and will be expected to be highly organised with keen attention to detail and follow-through.
This role is crucial as it has touch points with all teams within the Office, and colleagues across the Development and External Affairs Portfolio, colleges and departments.
