Your opportunity:
Reporting to the Director, Education Programs and Administrative Services, the Education Office Assistant provides administrative support to programs (Professional and Graduate) and initiatives by responding to faculty, staff and students in a customer service focused manner and redirecting as required for items that need to be escalated. The Education Office Assistant is responsible for coordinating tasks for projects and other strategic initiatives with stakeholders, writing routine documents and correspondence, drafting and tracking contracts and payments for clinical instructors, creating and updating records, coordinating meeting schedules, agendas, materials, action and follow-up items for a number of committees and initiatives. This position will also provide Quercus support to faculty.
The programs offered consists of courses comprising of didactic, lab-based and experiential education. Courses are delivered in a variety of formats including in person, online synchronous and asynchronous lectures, facilitated discussions, case-based learning, independent project work, didactic classes, and small group discussion.

Pay Scale Group & Hiring Zone:
USW Pay Band 07 – $52,695 with an annual step progression to a maximum of $67,389. Pay scale and job class assignment is subject to determination pursuant to the Job Evaluation/Pay Equity Maintenance Protocol.
