UNO Foods Inc Hiring for Office Clerk Job at Richmond Full Time

For over 25 years, UNO FOODS INC. has been a leading importer and distributor of Asian food products to the grocery, convenience store, and food service industries. We are looking for a self-starting, detail oriented individual who excels in customer service and is driven to succeed to join us as a part of our Customer Service Team. In this role, you will be supporting the sales and administration of our daily operations by corresponding with customers (email, telephone), handling customer orders and inquiries and performing other related functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices via Sage50.
• Provide high level of customer service
• Accounts receivables and credit processing
• Customer payment processing and reconciliation
• Weekly and month end reporting
• Liaise with customers, warehouse and CSR team
• Reception, filing

Qualifications & Skills:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook), Sage50.
• Ability to effectively communicate (write, read and speak), in English.
• Language Skills: Must speak Tagalog, Mandarin and/or Cantonese

Compensation:

• Wage range: $19.00-$22.00/hr
