About the role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our nationwide Support Team. Based in Auckland Central you will provide on the ground support for our Auckland Campuses as well as online support for staff and students from other regions. This role would suit somebody with a strong customer service background and a good understanding of computer systems.

Your duties will include:

• Providing great customer service
• Answering internal customer queries via our Helpdesk system
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving IT issues to the best of your ability
• Visiting campuses to resolve IT issues and perform maintenance
• Escalating queries and supporting the wider IT Team as required

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A comprehensive understanding of the English language
• Previous experience in an IT support role
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
• The ability to interact with a diverse range of people
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
