Warehouse & Inventory Specialist:

UPCYCLE USA is a full service Electronic Waste Recycling company. We assist businesses of all sizes, schools & hospitals in the proper handling of their End of Life (EOL) IT Equipment. UPCYCLE USA has several collection sites and processing facilities around the United States, with our Corporate Headquarters located in Fairfield, New Jersey. We are currently looking to hire an effective individual to assist our warehouse operations in sorting, testing, documenting and packaging various forms of inventory. General warehousing operations may include driving a forklift, physically sorting and cataloging all of the different types of equipment we process, and sustaining a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment. You will partake in the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding processing and preparation of a wide variety of electronic equipment. This position offers a great opportunity for growth as we continue to expand our company and gain market share in a thriving industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
• Proper use of forklift/ pallet jack
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Effective use of inventory management system
• Work & Grow as a member of the UPCYCLE TEAM

Skills

• Expertise in warehouse procedures and best practices
• Ability to utilize a digital platform for inventory control and management purposes
• Leadership
• Communicate on a regular basis with colleagues
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Hands on experience with warehouse inventory system

This is a HANDS ON position and requires you to be able to perform a variety of tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $22.50 per hour
