The Technology Marketing Supervisor works in a fast-paced, high-impact team of professionals who are dedicated to connecting customers to The UPS Store by developing, implementing and supporting solutions that make it easy for them to find, interact and do business with our network of retail locations. This role provides the opportunity to create tangible results in the success of The UPS Store franchisees and help lead the direction of future projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Takes the lead in setting the direction, voice and look of our national email marketing program

• Manages content that appears on our public facing websites

• Manages and assigns the work of direct reports, including performance reviews, timecards, etc.

• Interfaces with franchisees on questions about search and directory listings, websites and other online activitie

• Interfaces and manages vendor activities and tasks to align with department goals

Knowledge and Skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Experience managing content for customer facing websites

• Creative with an eye for good/bad design

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Web development/programming (HTML), Visual Design, etc. – Preferred

• Search engine optimization, Local Listings (Google My Business, Bing Places, Apple Maps, etc.) – Preferred
