This contractprovides A&AS support to the government in Information Technology,Operational Testing, Wargame, and Exercise support, and the TechnicalExploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP) area.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, plan, and execute USSF participation in CJCS, CCMD, USAF andother Service exercises, experiments and demonstrations in accordance withthe Headquarters, United States Space Force (USSF) Service Exercise Plan(SEP).Coordinate, facilitate, and support the planning and execution of USSFexercises in accordance with the Service Exercise Plan (SEP).Attend planning conferences to establish execution events, timelines, andcommunication requirements.Participate during exercise execution as part of the Exercise Control Groupproviding oversight, management, and control of space events for the exercise.Work with internal/external exercise stakeholders to the 392 CTS (formallyDistributed Mission Operations Center – Space (DMOC-S)) and exercisehosts to integrate effects and provide realistic advanced training events.Provide recommendations as well as monitor and track USSF resources required(personnel, funding and equipment) to support each event.Analyze and assess space threats to the US space capabilities and providedetailed assessment briefings to high level decision makers.Review appropriate OPLANs, previous LL, CCMD’s websites, and gatherhistorical activity information to assist the training audiences in draftingtraining objectives for each event.Be familiar with current and in-development 392 CTS Modeling and Simulationcapabilities during exercise development and planning, have ability tointegrate these capabilities into exercises, demonstrations andexperiments, where appropriate.In conjunction with HQ USSF/S3/6TE assist in the planning and conduct ofthe USSF annual and quarterly Exercise Coordination Team (ECT) meetings bypreparing and presenting exercise and experiment planning and participationinformation for each scheduled exercise.Prepare event-related documents (i.e., trip reports, exerciseplanning/execution products, after-action reports, meeting minutes)within organizational and host expected time requirements. Trip reports arerequired within 5 business days from end of conferences/meetings.Coordinate manning support with HQ USSF for each exercise and experiment andcoordinate all UMD, DRMD, JMD manning requirements with theexercise/experiment host. In addition, for exercises requiring specificTPFDD builds from HQ USSF, coordinate these activities with the host commandand HQ USSF/S3/6TE.Provide budget support to the customer including, but not limited to:establishing budgeting guidance for exercises; coordinating with unitfinance representatives for exercise support requiring USSF funds (includesUSSF units and non-USSF units; projecting current and future budgets forexercises; assist in developing projections for USSF/S3/6TE POM inputsfor exerProvide accurate responses to 392 CTS tasks and coordinate responses IAW unitpolicies and procedures.Develop after action reports (AAR) to capture Lessons Learned (LL).Additional duties as assignedRequired Skills:Minimum of Seven (7) years of experience in Electronics, InformationSystems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related scientificor technical discipline.Possess working knowledge of tools used for exercise planning such as JTIMS,JMSEL, J
