UST Hiring for Cloud Engineer-Infrastructure Job at Sydney, Australia Full Time

UST is hiring a Cloud Engineer-Infrastructure to be based in Sydney, Australia.

The Cloud Security Engineer will be responsible to perform security related tasks on AWS and Azure (60% AWS, 40% Azure). This position will be working on projects and BAU tasks.

In this role you will:

AWS:

• Perform daily security tasks on EC2s including but not limited to application upgrade or AMI update.
• Security groups remediation (eg. Ports and IP remediation).
• Windows and Linux troubleshooting and configuration of security tasks such as access management.
• AWS S3 storage security troubleshooting and remediation.
• AWS WAF rules configuration and monitoring.
• AWS IAM.
• Daily monitoring of WIZ tool (WIZ is a CSPM tool monitoring the configuration of public clouds services).

Azure:

• Perform daily security tasks on VMs including but not limited to application upgrades or AMI update.
• Vnet configuration and remediation.
• Windows and Linux troubleshooting and configuration of security tasks such as access management.
• Troubleshooting and configuration of network traffics to/from the VMs.
• Troubleshooting and configuration of access management to all the services in Azure cloud.
• Daily monitoring of WIZ tool (WIZ is a CSPM tool monitoring the configuration of public clouds services).

Tools Used:

• WIZ (CSPM system)
• Qualys (Vulnerability system)
• AttackIQ (Attack simulation)
• Datadog (server monitoring)
• Crowdstrike (endpoint protection)
