In a state-wide effort to decrease gender disparity in Utah, this job candidate will coordinate communication efforts related to improving gender equality in the State of Utah.

• Develop a system for nominating, selecting, and recognizing Utah companies that promote positive working conditions for women and their families

• Communicate with partnering marketing and advertising campaign teams

• Coordinate ideas, details, dates, and concepts among key players

• Organize a system to analyze, code, and report qualitative survey data

• Current graduate student with professional communication skills, marketing experience, and experience with community relations

Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes. The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions.
