Position Overview
Utility Partners of America (UPA) is seeking highly motivated and safety-conscious individuals to join its team. The primary function of this position is to perform clerical work in our Louisville/Lexington, KY office.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage couriers, shipping and logistics as needed
- Front line for organizing of all invoices for local office and communication with Human Resources
- Accountable for scheduling and logistics for training classes, associated paperwork, and necessary equipment for each respective project.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
REQUIREMENTS:
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Prior experience managing dynamic office environment
- Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Power Point, etc.
- Ability to identify areas of value and taking ownership
