Greets patients and guests and assists with their needs to get to their appropriate destination. Responsible for addressing problems and providing information appropriately and confidentially.

• Greets patients and guests appropriately and provides necessary information while maintaining confidentiality.
• Manages work area.
• Performs other office support functions.
• Works as a part of Patient Assistance Services to help provide all aspects of services.

• In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

Position Compensation Range: $13.00 – $19.19 Hourly

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.

Experience: No experience required.

Licensure: None.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently driving, traveling and bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull >100lbs. May be exposed to fumes, noise, outdoor climate, chemicals, blood/body fluids and infectious disease.
