Accounts Receivable Associate – Remote

Vaco has partnered with our client to hire an Accounts Receivable Associate to join their team. This is a great role for someone who has AR experience and is looking to start work quickly.

Important Details-

8-12 Month Contract

Fully remote (East Coast Hours)

Start date 11/7 or 11/14

$34/hour

Must Haves – No Exceptions –

• SAP Experience

• Assist in the program management of aged receivable reduction of accounts/ invoices in dispute management.
• Actively assist in the review, analysis, and resolution of aged invoice disputes / aged accounts.
• Provide timelines for completion, actions to resolution and through to completion of disputed Aged AR. Escalate as required and needed.
• Develop and report on key metrics for the program to leaders.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams in the Order to Cash functions of Order Management, Shared Services and Sales to resolve disputes. Customer contact may be required.
• Hold review meetings with key resources and communicate on related resolution.
• Work with team members in a collaborative and positive working environment.
• Perform other duties as required.
