Vaco Los Angeles is seeking a temporary Data Entry Clerk to join a fast-growing and exciting e-commerce team! Duties include entering and updating data in the ERP system, administrative tasks, and supporting the supply chain team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Entering new data into ERP system, updating price changes, and creating purchase orders
• Data entry and data management
• Creating and formatting spreadsheets
• Update existing data
• Work closely with supply chain team and provide support as needed
• Handle incoming requests via Slack
• Other related duties

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics preferred
• Work or internship experience in data entry or supply chain/logistics preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with ERP systems preferred (NetSuite is a plus)
• Experience with Slack preferred
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
