Purpose of Position: To receive paper work orders or electronic repair cards, validate and enter repair data for Multi-level Prep and Railcar Repairs. Ensure that billing is entered and validated for month end invoicing.

Responsibilities-

Receive daily billing via paper or electronic work order from all facilities.

Utilize site reports to compare billing to the reported numbers from the site.

Verify railcar information is valid and enter repairs using valid job codes.

Utilize Railinc system to enter Prep repairs. Verify entries are correct and no errors present.

Utilize Railinc system to enter Below Deck repairs. Verify entries are correct and no errors present

Create invoices to multiple car owners at month’s end- send via email for payment

Answer any billing question or concerns from car owners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
