Location: 100% Remote, in the USA
Residency: US Citizen/permanent resident required
Hiring Company: VALIDANT (https://validant.com)
Validant was started in San Francisco in 2005 and rapidly grew to provide advisory and consulting services in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. It has grown to an organization of about 450 people and including its subsidiaries, around 600 people in total. In addition, there is a large contingent workforce that provides services on a contract basis, as needed.
The Validant Group consists today of six companies. More may be acquired in the future. You can imagine then that working for the shared services functions will never be dull or boring. There will always be a new challenge integrating a new subsidiary, new learning on what people do, how they work, different types of contracts, countries, and clients. We will have to support in different ways while bringing the whole together. It’s quite a challenge and it’s quite exciting. With growth like this, you can imagine how many people we are bringing on board.
The company is operating on a fully remote model at the moment and it is expected that this will not change for almost all positions. Staying in touch with people is of course a bit harder this way, but we have assembled a group of professionals who value flexibility and their work-life balance and who strive to make it work. You’ll be surrounded by people who are the best in their field, no matter which team or group you are working with. What we sell to our clients is knowledge and expertise, so we could hardly do otherwise.
