About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, full-time Bookkeeper to handle accounts payable, general ledger, journal entries, cash receipts, disbursements, and more. This position requires a self-starter. Plenty of room for growth for the right individual.

Job Description

• Maintain General Ledger
• Analyze and reconcile supplier invoices
• Perform daily banking procedures
• Code, obtain approvals, and pay vendor invoices
• Maintain Financial Statements including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, management reports, etc both on a cash and accrual basis.
• File and remit business licenses,excise tax, and other business filings
• Maintain budget spreadsheets for the analysis of actual performance against budget

• Maintain sales tax accounts through Avalara, and register new states when needed
• Ensure compliance with various statutory requirements including payroll, excise, and other similar types of taxes
• Prepare required reports in a timely and accurate manner

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of Bookkeeping work experience
• Strong Excel software skills required
• Minimum 3-5 years of QuickBooks Online experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience with Netsuite
• Superior accuracy, attention to detail, and organization skills required
• Able to multi-task and must be very organized and willing to work within the project management software
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills required to interact effectively with multiple staff members, clients, and vendors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
