Vanir Merchants Inc. Hiring For REMOTE E-commerce Business Development – Paid Internship / Co-op at Burnaby, BC Full Time

‘[Term Contract: Dec 1st 2022 – April 30th 2022 with possibility of indefinite extension]

Job Title: E-commerce Business Development (Remote – choose your own schedule).

The candidate will be tasked with cold e-mailing various suppliers and manufacturers to try and establish a wholesale / distributor relationship. You are allowed to set your own schedule and work remotely from any location in BC (you must reside in British Columbia, Canada). You must track your time with a time logging software and meet a specified quota for time and contacts/follow-ups made. All digital (no phone-calls).

Terms: Part Time (12-15 hours a week).

Candidate must have a strong grasp of the written English language as demonstrated by their writing ability and tact. The candidate must be meticulously organized, cataloging contacts, dates of contact, making follow-up reminders, and tailoring each email based on the recipient and the correspondence up to that point. Must be tenacious and patient.

You are allowed to set your own schedule, but you must also be responsive to internal company messages within reason (i.e. once daily at a minimum M-F).
