This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Operations (SCO) which supports people in 60 locations through out the world with regional headquarters in Singapore, China, Germany and Northern, CA and is responsible for Sales Order Management, Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics and Customer Installation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• This highly visible role will focus on operational excellence for the SCO organization.

• Work closely with SCO leadership team and other executives to strategize and develop long-term plans, while also leading and coordinating SCO activities.

• Establish data driven operations reviews and operating rhythm for the organization to meet goals and objectives effectively.

• Coordinate key performance metrics that action continuous improvement across all aspects of SCO

• Run strategic and organizational planning in alignment with other functions to develop goals, objectives, resource, and capital plans, etc.

• Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making with leadership audiences

• Work with communications lead to manage and develop and maintain communications and cadence for meetings, business and operations reviews, team meetings and presentations including file management.

• Partner with Finance and the business to manage, analyze and review organizational budgets, measure & track

• Partner with Human Resources to ensure workforce planning, talent and recognition initiatives are fulfilled

• Oversee Siemens/Varian integration synergy deliverables and other productivity initiatives to ensure the team is meeting commitments.

• Build and lead a supporting team as needed.

• Position is remote. May require travel to meet with team or support events. Headquarter is in Palo Alto, CA.

Requirements:

• BS required; MBA preferred

• 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain

• Lean or Six Sigma experience a plus

• Background can be from various industries including but not limited to medical technology, Aerospace and Defense.

This is a remote position in the U.S.

The base pay range for this position in Colorado is

Min $131,000 – Max $235,900
