We are looking to add a Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team.

Job Description

Responsible for the maintenance and coordination of data entry and analysis for systems ensuring accuracy and timely entry of information into the ERP systems. Verification of accuracy of Bill of materials, pricing/cost updates and report generation and distribution. As an integral part of the information flow in the organization, persistence, timeliness, and accuracy are paramount to the success of this position.

Ability to change priorities and the willingness to adapt to various situations will be an important aspect of this position.

Duties/Responsibilities:
a. Data entry (Bill of Materials – Time) into ERP systems

b. Evaluation of time and costs

c. Report generation

d. Variance identification and analysis

e. Improvement identification and actualization

f. Training of others

Qualifications

1. Computer literacy

2. Understanding of systems (preferably ERP)

3. Familiarity with Indented Bills of Materials

4. Able to interpret construction blueprints & drawings.

5. Familiarity with cost accounting concepts

6. Experience in report generation and information presentation

7. Ability to prioritize

Experience/Education Required/Desired:
a. Previous industrial experience with ERP systems, Epicor preferred.

b. Technical Education – Associate’s level (preferred).

Data analysis and experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
