They are dedicated to reimagining healthcare administration, making it effortless and nearly invisible so medical professionals can focus entirely on patient care. Our clinician-designed, AI-driven platform streamlines administrative tasks, enabling better efficiency and improved patient outcomes.

The tech stack – TypeScript, Golang, Python, React/Next.js, Terraform, Shell, AWS & DynamoDB.

About the Role:

As part of the technical team, you’ll be entrusted with solving intricate technical problems and crafting meaningful solutions aligned with the main mission. You’ll collaborate closely with a diverse team to develop scalable systems, establish reliable infrastructure, and create tools that empower clinicians.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain highly scalable infrastructure and backend services.

• Partner with Product Managers and clinicians to deliver user-first solutions.

• Develop and oversee infrastructure capable of handling high-throughput systems for extensive user bases.

• Utilize expertise in multi-cloud setups, including Azure, AWS, and on-premises environments.

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Adhere to best practices for secure, modular, and maintainable software design.

• Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and professional growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• User empathy: You’re deeply attuned to the needs of users and work alongside Product Managers to deliver thoughtful, intuitive solutions.

• Proven skills: You’ve built and supported infrastructure for large-scale projects with measurable user or revenue impact.

• Scalability expertise: You understand scaling complexities and have experience building reliable backend systems and using message queues.

• Cloud savvy: You’re proficient with multi-cloud environments and tools like Terraform and Docker.

• Adaptability: You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, such as startups or greenfield projects.

• Team mindset: You’ve worked with multidisciplinary teams using agile workflows and fostered collaboration and creativity.

• Bonus points: Experience with data pipelines, enterprise integrations, or offerings on AWS/Azure Marketplace is highly desirable.
