Veolia North Amercia are looking for a Digital Communications Assistant

Job Description

Description of the responsibilities:

• Create graphic elements, posters, flyers, videos, brochures (excellent Adobe Suite skills)
• Develop and deploy new tools in collaboration with our teams to meet their communication’s needs and strategy
• Market our solutions, technologies and how-know to have a common ton of voice and consistent tools
• Accompany the Change Management team in their various trainings by deploying genuine tools and key messages to ensure smooth transition
• Set up Communications plans, write articles, organize events, trade shows and seminars

Qualifications

• Licence or master in digital communication, digital marketing or design
• 1 to 2 years of experience ideally in a big company
• excellent knowledge of the Adobe Suite, facility to adapt, proactivity, creativity, dynamic person
• Fluent in English and French

Type of contract : VIE

Length : 18 months
