Job Details

• Children’s Home Manager
• OFSTED registration
• Managing a 3 bedded residential care home for children and young people
• Managing a service for children with EBD and challenging behaviours
• Managing staff team, ensuring the service is a safe and effective environment to create safe and effective
• Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards, whilst also implementing company policies and procedures
• Warrington based
• Joining a national organisation, with support from HR and RI to develop and assist in developing service and staff team

Pay And Hours

• Up to £40,000 salary
• + £5,000 welcome bonus
• Up to £9,500 in bonuses
• Monday – Friday, 9-5, + on calls
• Full-time, permanent contract

Requirements

• Deputy or Registered Manager experience
• NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
• NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
