Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager who is bold, self-motivated, and with high attention to detail to join our team! If you are a Project Manager with strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently, this may be the role for you. This role is central to Viasat Mexico’s success by supporting, managing, accelerating facilitating, and implementing our ever-growing number of marketing initiatives.
- Responsible for running the development of all our marketing initiatives, launches, campaign process, timelines, and workflow.
- Write and present project briefs outlining the scope of the project to both management and project teams.
- Develop project outlines, roadmaps, dashboards, and reporting to implement target dates.
- Ensure requirements and internal processes are completed accordingly.
- Evaluate and optimize current workflows and processes to deliver optimum results and drive efficiencies within the company.
- Move quickly and collaboratively to drive impact while balancing multiple workstreams.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure projects are delivered successfully: on time, within budget, and accomplishing the stated business objective.
- Report on key projects and associated results in a clear, concise manner to all levels of the organization.
- Think strategically, and creatively, with the customer at top of mind to make recommendations regarding the execution of strategies and potential solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Ability to influence and leverage partnerships.
- Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences within various levels of the organization.
- Strategic and analytical problem solver who can collect and analyze data to make process and business decisions and recommendations.
- Advanced verbal and written language skills in English and Spanish for business
- Bachelor’s degree
- Up to 10% travel
Preferences
- Master’s degree
- PMI-PMP Certification is a plus.
