With the construction of a new manufacturing facility in the USA, the introduction of three new product lines, and a major refresh of our existing products, VMC is experiencing significant and exciting growth. In tandem, we are expanding functionality and developing new enterprise systems to help us achieve our goals with efficiency in mind.
The End-User Support role is a key part of the Information Technology team. You will be relied upon to support internal end users, maintain endpoints and infrastructure, improve existing systems, and work with third party IT service providers.
Our ideal candidate is a service-minded problem solver, organized, adaptive, enthusiastic about information systems, enterprise technologies, and has great communication skills.
Salary: $40,000 – 50,000
Job Duties:
Support end users and systems including but not limited to:
Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure AD, Power Platform
Microsoft Windows, Hyper-V & SQL Server
Endpoints, laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals
User on-boarding and off-boarding
Mobile Devices & Services
Building and Systems access management
Windows OS
Participating in projects and operations support
Assist IT Manager with various IT-related projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor/Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent technical program
Excellent understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 related products
1+ years’ experience providing IT support to SME businesses
1+ years’ experience providing administrative support to Microsoft 365 environments
Preferred: Oracle Fusion Cloud User Roles & Data Access Management
Preferred: Siemens Teamcenter Organization & Business Modeler IDE
