Victoria and Albert Museum Hiring for Contact Centre Advisor (Full time/Part time) at South Kensington Full Time

The Contact Centre is the central point for visitors wishing to contact the V&A. We are a one-stop-shop for event bookings, online retail support and visitor information. Our office is a hive of activity throughout the year and we are passionate about the museum and dedicated to our visitors. We provide comprehensive training, which includes one to one support, peer shadowing.

We operate 7 days a week and are a front-line service dealing with approximately 75,000 phone enquiries, 120,000 emails and 3000 visitor comments every year. We’re responsible for museum ticketing, working with lots of different departments to set up and sell tickets for events and exhibitions. We are looking for a team player who can help us deliver an exceptional service to each and every visitor.

The role is a Fixed term – 12 month contract.

Hours: Net working hours (i.e. excluding meal breaks) are 36 per week for full time advisors, and 18 per week for part time advisors.
