What’s it all about?
This role will provide administrative, coordination and operational support to two senior leaders in Visa Europe. You will provide support to manage their diaries, their travel arrangements, their expenses and coordinate external client visits to the Paddington office. You will also be required to provide some level of support to their teams and the Vice Presidents in their organizations. They are a dynamic group and you will be asked to be proactive identify opportunities to add value to their teams and general organization. Given the nature of the work, to be successful, you will be building relationships with different areas and people.

What we’re after
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
