Job Description
• Process incoming service requests such as software installation, PC setup and data transfer and print queue / Static IP / SAP printer.
• Manage vendor to ensure that delivery and deployment is done within SLA. Raise clearance for vendors.
• Monthly SLA & Billing Reporting
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email in timely manner.
• Daily assessment of outstanding service requests and follow up with client, resolver groups and vendors.
• Assigning and unassigning of tokens.
• Assist with ad hoc report extraction, generate reports. Maintain user guides and processes documentation.
