In this role, you will interact with all facets of our Windsor manufacturing facility while providing key financial analysis to assist in keeping the company moving forward. This includes assisting with financial reporting, forecasting & budgeting, operational analysis, and other ad hoc financial analysis. This position will report to the Senior Manager, FP&A, and is a role that will give a breadth of exposure and transparency throughout the organization.
What You Will Do:
Support the budget, forecast, and financial reporting for the Windsor manufacturing facility
Partner with the Value Stream Organizations (VSOs) by performing financial modeling for key investment decisions, continuous-improvement projects, and ad-hoc analysis
Investigate, understand, and communicate insight on core drivers of performance, business risk, and impact on expected financial results, along with recommending actions to improve performance
Develop, implement and maintain effective financial planning and analysis models to set plant goals and targets and to measure performance
Act as a liaison between Manufacturing Finance with Value Stream Operations, Accounting, and Lines of Business Finance
Present and communicate to various levels of the organization
Your Qualifications
BSc. Degree in a business/finance related subject area
Strong understanding of management P&Ls and profitability drivers within P&Ls
Experience in budgeting and forecasting
Ability to perform sophisticated financial modeling
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
