Vitaco Health Group Looking for Warehouse Manager at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

Vitaco Health is a leading Australasian manufacturer and marketer of natural health and well-being products with a highly respected portfolio of brands including Healtheries, Nutra-Life, Musashi and Aussie Bodies.

We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Manager to oversee our teams and resources in our East Tamaki Warehouse. Reporting to the NZ Distribution Manager, this role will promote and coach a strong culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement to achieve our business goals.

What You Will Be Tasked With

• Managing all required warehouse resources to achieve the operational plan
• Supporting the measurement, monitoring & analysis of warehouse information
• Overseeing the management of stock inventory to ensure accuracy is maintained
• Ensuring manufacturing production schedules are met with maximum effectiveness
• Ensuring all product, processes and procedures conform to approved standards

Skills & Competencies We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of people and management experience in a warehouse environment
• Experience working within FMCG or 3PL and a large number of SKU’s
• Innovative and Continuous Improvement focused, able to apply strategy to operations effectively driving change through the team
• Occupational Health & Safety experience in a warehouse environment
• Experience in ERP, Navision
• Tertiary level qualification in Supply Chain management, or similar relevant qualification (preferred)
• Great communication skills
• Good time management and able to work under pressure
• Intermediate PC skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
