Vitrum Glass Group located in Langley; BC is on a rapid trajectory to become the most trusted brand in Glass Fabrication. We have over 380,000 square feet of fabrication capacities serving customers in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

We are seeking an energetic and attentive part-time Personal Assistant reporting to the Executive Assistant of the President & CEO.

Working Hours: 3 days Per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) adjustable

8:00 am to 4:30 am.

A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE:

• Always Keeping the upmost level of confidentiality
• Family appointments organization and coordination
• Arrange meals, as required for personal or business purposes
• Personal shopping
• Run errands in downtown Vancouver
• School pick-up and drop-off
• Daily general errands
• Perform general administrative duties in the office, as required, including paperwork processing, expenses reports, restock fridges, organize meeting rooms
• Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS FOR SUCCESS:

• Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 1 year relevant experience)
• Valid driver’s license with a good standing record with ICBC
• Excels at working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities accurately
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
• Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong research skills
• Excellent professional, verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent team player
• Flexible work hours
