Sitting within the wider Enterprise ICT Practices function, the Enterprise Architect is primarily a dedicated design authority across a portfolio of Enterprise & Government customer accounts. As such the role is responsible for working with Vodafone New Zealand sales teams, alongside the customer(s), to design, cost and document solutions, as well as establishing and maintaining technical relationships with the customer (comfortable to communicate and present at both executive and operational levels) and acting as the primary point of contact for account(s).
You will be a part of a wider team in high growth mode and will operate on the forefront of emerging technology. Building strong relationships with technical customer counterparts you will take authority over technical and business decisions, and operate as the ‘voice of the customer’ internally.
