Sitting within the wider Enterprise ICT Practices function, the Solution Architect reports directly to the Enterprise Solutions Team Lead and is primarily a dedicated design authority across a portfolio of Enterprise & Government customer accounts. As such the role is responsible for working with Vodafone New Zealand sales teams, alongside the customer(s), to design, cost and document solutions, as well as establishing and maintaining technical relationships with the customer.
As a Solution Architect you’ll possess a wealth of experience in ICT products and solutions, both from a technical as well as a business/financial perspective, and be expected to act as the lead solution authority on complex and high value customers, spanning a range of different market segments.
You’ll be expected to drive a highly consultative approach, establishing and maintaining an excellent understanding of the customer’s business challenges, translating these into technology needs and creating high quality, commercially viable solutions utilising Vodafone New Zealand products and services.
