We are a leading national provider of community-based mental health, addiction, and well-being services in Aotearoa. We’re all about transforming mental health and addictions through our Pathways (adult) and Real (youth) services. In fact, we’ve been doing it for 30 years, supporting around 6,000 people each year.

The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
You will be reporting to the Team Coach in the Awhi Ora where you will be supporting people in their own homes and community. Support with shopping, relevant appointments such as GP, community activities, and supporting people to access recreational activities such as sports, walking and swimming.
This is a PART-TIME PERMANENT role based in Ellerslie, Auckland
Working 24 hours per week across Monday – Friday; 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
As a support worker in the Health and Wellbeing Team, you will have opportunities to support tangata whaiora and kaimahi across the region, plan and facilitate regional events, support our Housing and Recovery services with group activities and will manage a one-on-one caseload.
