PURPOSE OF POSITION
Develop, own and service the defined online tools and ensures a state of the art performance and a relevant prominence in relation to market share in the USA Web landpage. Develops the online performance and ensures a 24/7 visibility for relevant target groups. Develops the digital communication channels by creating content and engaging internal and external influencers. Track monthly metrics. Generate leads.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Online Strategy and Cost Center Responsibility

• Devise the online strategy in correlation with communication strategy
• Drive and develop state of the art online communications channels
• Manage and ensure implementation of online strategy and activities in local entity in consultation with Global MarCom Coordination Manager

• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital and channel marketing
• Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing activities

Digital Marketing

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns in compliance with the internal MarCom Agency
• Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness together with the respective departments
• Report and Monitor Activities monthly (tracking conversion rates,…)
• Improving the usability, design, content of all online communication channels
• Responsible for Content Management, integrating local and global input, and generating content in all online communication channels
• Responsible for the set up and development of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) & SEA (Search Engine Advertising) activities result in attracting new visitors to our website, optimize website performance and improve online conversion rates
• Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data regarding Digital Marketing
• Organize and lead the execution of monthly Webinars
• Develop a strategy and execution plan for Influencers

Channel Marketing

• Responsible for developing, driving and implementing channel marketing activity for seleted groups of channel partners.
• Implement channel campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets
• Working closely to the product manager and Global Marcom Coordination Manager to guarantee the visibility and best representation of our products and services

Coordination and supporting activities

• First contact for country based Marketing Coordinators and editors to provide support and information
• Collaboration with (online) agencies and external partners
• Interface between (online) agencies and internal departments

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Administration (focus Marketing)
Areas of Expertise:
Business Economics (Specialization in Marketing)
Information technology (Specialization in Webdesign/Media design)
