This role is responsible for leading operations for Gilbarco’s EVerse SaaS e-Mobility offering. The role’s primary focus is being the expert on EVerse software and operations. This role will lead EVerse operations, supporting customers as they deploy EVerse. This includes onboarding customers and proactively managing chargers and organizing response to operational issues. This role will be the primary interface to customers using EVerse and is critical to outstanding SaaS delivery.
Reporting to the e-Mobility Service Operations Leader the role will drive growth, stability, and an overall strong performance to of the EVerse Manages Services SaaS platform.
Be the expert on EVerse software use and operations.
Primary operational interface to customers deploying the EVerse managed service.
Lead overall EVerse customer support (starting with onboarding and continuing to day-to-day operations and issue resolution).
Proactive charger monitoring, management, and issue response/resolution using EVerse software.Issue resolution will include problem solving, may involve 3 rd parties such as charger OEMs, and may involve dispatching field resources to debug/resolve issues amongst other needed activities to fully address customer issues.This role leads and coordinates overall issue response and resolution.
Engage with s/w product manager to resolve any bugs or issues that need to be fixed and provide inputs for feature improvements based on customer feedback
Engage with driver help desk team to understand issues related to the app or other processes.
Train customers, distributors/partners and internal staff on EVerse use.
Work with the broader service team to resolve customer EVerse issues.
Identifying improvements to systems and/or processes utilizing the Vontier Business System (VBS) tools.
Deliver outstanding operational service to meet EVerse SLAs and tracked KPIs.

Minimum Bachelors’ degree
Minimum 7 years’ service business experience, preferably with a remote management/monitoring SaaS product
The base compensation range for this position is $77K to $90K per year. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
