Vulcan Looking for Digital Coordinator at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Co-ordinator to join our growing Marketing and Digital team. This is a perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their digital career looking to gain hands-on experience across websites, applications, and content creation.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep our digital ecosystem running smoothly, from supporting third-party products and websites to crafting content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management and maintenance of websites and digital applications, such as Vulcan’s Learning Management System
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure smooth delivery of digital services
• Assist with publishing and updating digital content across key platforms
• Support small-scale digital projects and enhancements
• Assist in tracking and reporting on digital activity and user engagement
• Help maintain consistency in brand tone, imagery, and content across digital channels

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, IT, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in a digital support, marketing, or content-related role
• A passion for digital platforms, websites, and technology
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Key Skills

• Basic understanding of website management (e.g., CMS platforms like WordPress)
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, analytics, social media management)
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Ability to coordinate with external vendors and internal teams
• Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines

Bonus if you have the following

• Content creation skills – copywriting, basic image editing, or video editing experience
• Experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS).
