Job Description
The Network Development Manager will be responsible for contacting potential independent physicians in your assigned territory. This will be done by utilizing established leads, cold calling potential prospects, and educating them in Vytalize Health ACO benefits to their practice. This position will require 50% travel that may require extended stays; local, in-state, and out of state.
As a Network Development Manager, building relationships will be one of the core responsibilities. Vytalize Health is a Medicare ACO and specializes in value-based medicine, and so our primary target audience includes providers in Internal Medicine, Family Practice and Geriatric Primary Care. Our value proposition revolves around growing the practice in terms of revenue and quality of care, giving them the opportunity to retain independence and increase attention towards patients, all while improving their bottom line.
Candidate Description
The ideal candidate for the Network Development Manager position is a charismatic go-getter who can adapt to working with different personalities and circumstances. Travel to doctors’ offices in a candidate’s geographic region is required 50% of the time for this position.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales preferably in the healthcare industry
Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and their own vehicle to travel to doctors’ offices (mileage will be reimbursed)
Travel will relatively be a combination of local and state travel with some out of state travel.
Passionate, hardworking, and positive demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent with technology platforms including Google Suite, Zoom and CRM platforms (i.e. Zendesk, Salesforce)
