Walmart Hiring for Human Resources Clerk at Whitestown, IN Full Time
Our team is growing and we are hiring immediately for Human Resources Clerk to our operations team. This person complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices. They complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
Human Resources Clerk Details and Benefits:
- Pay is $22.50 – $27/hour.
- Must be available to work 8-hour shifts
- Monday- Friday between the hours of 6am-10pm
- Eligible for Annual bonus

Human Resources Clerk Primary Responsibilities:
- Assists with employment related paperwork and data entry work by processing information; completing required forms (e.g., Leave of Absence, Worker’s Compensation, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) log).
- Provides administrative and human resource function support by performing general clerical duties (e.g., filing, keying, faxing, answering phones.)
Human Resources Clerk Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age
- Desire to work in environment that can be fast paced
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week
- Attention to detail and accuracy is key
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check
- Must be able to consistently lift up to 60
