Walnut Grove R-V School is looking for an experienced Document Controllers to join our team with experience in working in a fast paced-high volume of documentation environments.

THIS POSITION IS A REMOTE POSITION

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Review documentation for errors and incomplete information
Assist in preparation of students record and regulatory reports.
Format and edit reports.
File documentation both hard copy and electronically.
Strong inter-department coordination and communications.
Must have strong working knowing of Excel and database management.
File, audit, track and maintain incoming and outgoing document.
tracking system of confidential and non-confidential construction documents according to established procedures and standards for security and document organization.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within document control or construction document control field.
Familiar with security of documentation or understanding of information security guidelines.
Strong eye for detail and ability to work through issues w/o supervision.

Requirements:
Minimum 1-5 years of related experience as a document controller.
Demonstrated ability to successfully thrive in a team environment managing multiple priorities.
Must have medium level Excel skills.
