A leading Financial Services advisory firm based in Dublin is looking for a Junior Company Secretary to join their team

Responsibilities of the Junior Company Secretary:
Managing a portfolio of clients across various industries and backgrounds

Drafting Company Secretarial documentation, this can include allotment & transfer of shares, redemption and buyback of shares, share for share and share for undertaking exchanges, Summary Approval Procedures, change of directors, change of company constitutions and voluntary strike off

Liaise with clients and the Company Registration Office on a regular basis

Preparing reports for the management team

Requirements of the Junior Company Secretary:
MUST HAVE min 3 years experience working in either a accountancy, professional or law firm

MUST HAVE experience in drafting Company Secretarial documentation including allotment & transfer of shares, redemption and buyback of shares, share for share and share for undertaking exchanges, Summary Approval Procedures, change of directors, change of company constitutions and voluntary strike off

Experience in drafting company secretary documentation and making filings with the CRO

Experience in managing a portfolio of clients across various industries and backgrounds
