Webasto Convertibles USA Inc. is currently recruiting for Controlling Specialist located at their Plant in Plymouth, MI.

If you have Controlling or Financial Analyst experience within a manufacturing environment, then this position might be right for you!

Job Responsibilities:
Analysis and audit of income and cash flow statement
Planning and explanation of the balance sheet in the controlling network
Regular deviation analyzes for cost centers and projects, requesting and following up action plans, including early escalation in the case of deviations from targets
Ensuring that all reports and disclosures comply with applicable government regulations, professional standards and organization policies
Implementation of forecast and budget planning (cost center and project planning)
Collaboration in controlling projects

Education & Experience:
Experience in cost center controlling, financial analyst experience,indirect cost controlling and/or project controlling
Bachelors degree in Business / Accounting or a related field
Conceptual knowledge of fundamental theories, principles and practices (e.g. balance sheet, income/cash flow statement, accountancy)
Experience with MS-Office and relevant SAP Modules
