WebCreek Looking for Sales Engineer at Calgary , Alberta Full Time

WebCreek, one of the world’s leading IT development companies, is seeking a Sales Engineer who will be responsible for supporting the sales team from a technical standpoint, providing engineering input to ensure provision of solutions.

Who You Are

• 2+ year work experience as Sales Engineer or a similar position

• Overall 5+ years software development experience

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related field

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Customer orientation

• Open-mindedness to other person’s point of view

• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

• Attention to details

• Creative thinker and proactive problem solver

• Ability to rapidly learn new skills and behaviors in response to changing circumstances

What You’ll do

• Work with the sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections, and develop a strategy to resolve technical blockers.

• Recommend strategies and tools required to successfully implement a complete solution using best practices and customized solutions for complex configurations and projects in response to customer needs

• Works with the sales and account management teams to craft proposals and present to prospects,

• Provides detailed statements of work and requirements documentation for the operations team

• Able to demonstrate strong analysis capabilities and technical knowledge by providing innovative, supportable technical solutions

• Provide training to sales team on technical concepts
