An opportunity has now arisen for a Purchasing Administrator to co-ordinate all aspects of the purchasing process on a full-time, permanent basis. The position will be based at our client’s offices in Ballyhaunis, with hybrid working to be considered after completion of training and when you are established in the role.

The Role
As a Purchasing Administrator, you will monitor and control stock to ensure there is the right inventory to meet customers’ needs and to avoid overstocking.
You will co-ordinate, schedule and execute all aspects of the purchasing process, providing excellent service and working alongside various teams across the business.
Seeking to respond to changes in demand trends, you will assist in the preparation of forecasting, ordering and scheduling of all inventory orders with suppliers.
