Operations Associate – Latam

The Lifecycle Management Department is looking for an Operations Associate to join WEBTOON’s team to support the Latam platform. This position reports to the Lead for the Content and Operations for WEBTOON Latam and will work closely with other groups across the WEBTOON ecosystem. This is a temporary position working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize in-app events and promotions across WEBTOON’s inventories.
• Uploading and reviewing ORIGINAL content prior to publishing
• Registering and scheduling promotional assets within the WEBTOON platform
• Enforcing Brand Safety guidelines for the promotional assets
• Assisting editorial programming on the WEBTOON platform
• Identify key moments in ORIGINALS to promote within the WEBTOON platform
• Writing copy, identifying recipients, and scheduling push notifications

Requirements

• 2-3 years of operations experience in web-based industries (content platforms, e-commerce, mobile games, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Quick to adopt new processes
• Practical knowledge of storytelling
• Working proficiency in English and Spanish
