As a Pharmacist, you will work closely with management and technicians to provide customers with exceptional care and a one-of-a-kind pharmacy experience. In this role as a Flex Pharmacist, you will only be scheduled to work on an as needed basis based on business needs.

What will I do?

• Provide counseling on prescriptions; relay pertinent information for success and confidence in at home use of medication

• Perform all necessary steps of work flow accurately and efficiently to ensure customers receive error-free products

• Maintain product levels, improve efficiencies, seek continuous improvement opportunities, identify barriers to achieve goals, and escalate issues when appropriate

• Support and stay current on company wellness initiatives; ensure consistency and execution and share best practices

• Comply with all federal, state, and HIPAA regulations; ensure company guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures are followed

• Verify potential licensing in any state Wegmans does business

Required Experience, Education, Skills:

• Pharmacist State License

• Certified Pharmacist Immunizer

• Strong Computer Skills, including proficiency in Windows Based Software

Required Education:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
